Greetings from the metropolis of Cedar Crest, NM! I think most of today’s list of articles and news topics on
commercial real estate wear the “Thank you Captain Obvious” label. Everything I read had the same message…but the perspective is interesting….from commercial leases….to the Fannies! Also…take a read of Mish’s post on retail vacancy. I always find Mish’s post very interesting.
BUT….this blew my mind (even though speculation has been brewing for months). One of the headlines of the New York Post “U.S. Considers Takeover of Two Mortgage Giants.” Holy smokes!
